According
to the Turkish Statistics Institution, Iraqis are the most demanding buyers of
Turkish real estate, buying 348 properties in last March.
According
to the same report, Saudis came second, followed by Iranians and Afghans.
Real
estate sales to foreigners rose by 15.8% last March compared to same period
last year, bringing the total number of real estate sales to foreigners in
Turkey to 1.827.
At
the level of the Turkish states, Istanbul topped the most selling real estate
for foreigners last month, with 556 properties, followed by Antalya with 446
and Trabzon by 134.
